As new pool owners, we decided to use a large well-known pool servicing company for our pool opening but found they did a careless and incomplete job. We decided to call Greg from Crush Pools to help us and he came the next day and made sure that our pool filter, pump, heater and salt system worked as they should and gave us detailed instructions on how best to treat the pool in the following days to get our pool chemically balanced and looking pristine. He also took the time to show us all the different features of our system to make sure that we understood our set up. Greg earned our trust by being responsive, caring and knowledgeable. He helps to clean the pool, test the water, add chemical when necessary and always answer my many questions in detail patiently. A detail pool report is sent out after each of his visit and when I was away for vacation, a picture of my pool was always attached to the report. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and just really cared about trying to help me with some newbie questions in regards to my pool and how to go about getting the water to look good (just bought a house end of 2020 and first time with this salt pool/equipment).

The company that actually put the pool in (not Crush) sent some outside contracting company to open it last Friday but looks like the follow -thru to shock and get me started did not happen (following up on that now).

Anyways, Kate was very helpful and has me on the right path to getting this resolved.

I worked for Crush Pools in the summer of 2020. Greg is by far the most fair, respectful, communicative and understanding boss I’ve ever had. He goes above and beyond for his clients and his staff, always making sure everyone is on the same page and taken care of. The rest of his team were incredible to work with and hold themselves to the same values and standards. I’ve had to hang up my pool boy shoes for the time being but I can guarantee if you go with Crush your pool will be in great hands.

I have used Crush for openings and closings for the last few years. They are timely, efficient and thorough in their work. This year I had a hose from my pump to my filter suddenly spring a leak. I contacted Crush and they sent someone out in less than 24 hours to repair it. On the first visit they realised that they needed an additional part, left and returned within an hour to complete the repair. I would heartily recommend Crush for any pool services.
