I have a massive crush on Crush! Had a saga trying to save a dead heater and Crush was the only people I talked to that totally got my desire for a pool heat pump. It is working great, and then I got a two-headed acorn stuck in my piping and Isaac surprised me on a Saturday (wasn’t expecting anybody till the following week) and showed up to blow it out! Everybody is super pleasant to deal with and I wish I knew about them three years ago when I was a total pool newbie. Thank you Crush!

Had crush pools to the house twice this week, on wed for pool opening and today for delivery and installation of a heat pump!. The opening team Isaac & LD were meticulous in getting everything clean and operational, they made sure everything was working well and answered a number of questions I had. Nick came today and did a great job installing a new heat pump, everything from the plumbing and leveling to the electrical was done in a professional and methodical way. He took away all the packaging swept up after, and gave me tips on keeping my air-conditioner up to snuff. And a shout out to Kate and Grace in the front office always pleasant and helpful. Great service all around.

We’ve had Crush Pools open/close our inground pool for 2 seasons and I can’t recommend them enough. Great communication, great service and seamlessly easy booking and payment.

If I could choose 6 I would! These guys/gals are great. I had never worked with them before but our pool aqua logic board was on the fritz and we needed to fix it asap. They returned my call promptly, knew exactly how my system was setup & what I would need. Within 1 hour they had confirmed pricing and installation of a new board within a few days of my original phone call. EVERYONE I spoke with and dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. The 2 gentlemen that installed were equally as wonderful, taking the time to explain our new system, help us install and navigate the app and even fixed our pool liner which had come out of the frame. I will DEFINITELY use them again for future pool needs and recommend anyone in the market for a pool company to support them in the areas they service consider giving them a call!

I’ve used Crush Pools for years now and have never had an issue or complaint. They are very professional and efficient. My pool has never looked better. I know nothing about pool maintenance and have asked them to come back to look at one thing or another several times and they always were there for me no matter how trivial my issue was. I went to the store and was greeted by Kate. Aside from getting a free water test I told her I wanted to buy a certain chemical.
This is where I could have been made to feel like a fool but Kate was so pleasant, professional and knowledgeable she explained what downstream effects the continued use of these pucks could have on my heater and I was so relieved that a) she helped me prevent a potential future costly repair or replacement and of course b) it saved me the expense of the product. In the end, I walked out feeling pretty darn good about Kate, Crush pools and thankful for the referral. I got more valuable information in 10 minutes than I have in over 10 years at Pioneer pools who hire nice young, inexperienced summer students that do the best they can, obviously without much training and zero value add to the customer. So, thanks to Kate and Greg with many thanks.
