He is known for being a stickler when it comes to maintaining proper water chemistry and making sure pool equipment lasts its entire lifespan. Tim loves helping and sharing his pool knowledge with our customers. He aspires to make sure every pool owner feels confident taking care of their pool. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A POOL SCHOOL SESSION?
Our Pool School is a comprehensive, 60-minute one-on-one training session held at your own poolside. We cover everything from pool equipment operation (pumps, filters, and heaters) to water chemistry testing and manual cleaning techniques. You also receive a customized maintenance manual specifically tailored to your pool’s unique setup.
I JUST BOUGHT A HOUSE WITH A POOL; WHERE DO I START?
If you are a new homeowner, Pool School is the perfect starting point. We walk you through your entire system, identifying every valve and switch. Our goal is to take the “mystery” out of your backyard so you can manage your pool safely and avoid expensive DIY mistakes during your first season.
DO I NEED TO BUY MY OWN CHEMICALS BEFORE THE SESSION?
You don’t need to have anything ready! During the session, we will test your water and recommend exactly which pool chemicals you need to keep on hand. We focus on teaching you a simple, cost-effective routine so you aren’t buying products you don’t actually need.
CAN YOU TEACH ME HOW TO USE MY SPECIFIC POOL HEATER AND SALT SYSTEM?
Yes. Unlike a generic YouTube video, our training is 100% specific to your pool equipment. Whether you have a salt water chlorine generator, a natural gas heater, or a variable speed pump, we show you exactly how to program and maintain your specific models for peak efficiency.
