Crush Pools Refund Policy for Pool Equipment Purchases
At Crush Pools, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Eligibility for Refunds
Returns: You may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. The item must be in new, unused condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-10 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt, and we will provide instructions for a return and replacement.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items purchased on clearance price.
- Any custom-made or special order products.
- Opened or used chemicals and pool water testing kits.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at team@crushpools.com with your order number.
Initiating a Return:
Contact our customer service team at team@crushpools.com or call 905-580-4741. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the return procedure above and place a new order for the replacement item.
