your questions answered
Can you test my pool water for me?
Yes, we absolutely can! If you’re enrolled in our weekly maintenance program, we’ll handle pool water testing as part of your service. That means no more weekly trips to the pool store with a sample in hand.
We’ll keep an eye on your water’s balance, helping prevent any issues before they start and making sure your pool stays sparkling clean. This service is only available to maintenance customers, and we do limit the number of clients we take on each season to ensure quality.
If you’re interested, we recommend signing up early to guarantee your spot.
How do I sign up for weekly maintenance?
Signing up for weekly maintenance is easy, and a great way to make sure your pool stays clean, safe, and stress-free all summer. You can call, email, or use the contact form on our website to get in touch with us. From there, we’ll chat about your pool setup, your availability, and how our maintenance program works. Once you’re signed up, we’ll handle everything from water testing to debris removal and equipment checks.
Please note we take on a limited number of maintenance clients each season, so don’t wait too long to reach out. We’d love to help keep your pool looking its best.
What is your minimum requirement for weekly maintenance?
We require at least 3 weeks of maintenance to get the maintenance pricing. If you cancel before then it would be charged as a service vacuum.
What’s included in weekly maintenance services?
The full list of what is included in our maintenance packages can be found on our pool maintenance page.
Why do you only have a limited amount of maintenance customers?
Because we are very particular of who we bring onto the team when their lists are full we don’t accept anymore customers. That way you know when a Crush Pools tech shows up at your pool it is in good hands. Ensuring your pool is always taken care of.
How to test your pool water
The results from pool water testing using strips typically fall within the safe range, ensuring the chlorine and total chlorine levels are suitable for safe swimming. However, it’s important to monitor other factors as well, such as the pH level
