Crush Pool Store

I went to the store and was greeted by Kate. Aside from getting a free water test I told her I wanted to buy a certain chemical.
This is where I could have been made to feel like a fool but Kate was so pleasant, professional and knowledgeable she explained what downstream effects the continued use of these pucks could have on my heater and I was so relieved that a) she helped me prevent a potential future costly repair or replacement and of course b) it saved me the expense of the product. In the end, I walked out feeling pretty darn good about Kate, Crush pools and thankful for the referral. I got more valuable information in 10 minutes than I have in over 10 years at Pioneer pools who hire nice young, inexperienced summer students that do the best they can, obviously without much training and zero value add to the customer. So, thanks to Kate and Greg with many thanks.

Great service on opening and cleaning crew was very good

Sparkling, crystal clear and soft water in a pristine pool throughout the summer has been due to the bi-weekly visits by Greg of Crush Pools. He is extremely knowledgable, competent, reliable and trustworthy. It has been a pleasure to be able to swim anytime in a pool throughly checked and balanced within the ideal range of Chlorine, Ph, Alkalinity, Stabilizer and Salt. Not having to worry about maintenance – priceless!
