Reached out to Crush Pools to close our pool this year and everything was fantastic. Setting up with Kate was pleasant and easy and I was very impressed with the professionalism of Issac and LaDainian whom handled the closing. Very thorough, very knowledgeable and super nice to talk to. I had a few questions and was asking about other details of our pool and Issac took the time to share his advice and opinions. Crush Pools provided weekly pool cleaning services this summer and did a great job! Have been a pool owner for 30+ years so don’t give 5 stars to just anyone. They are very service oriented and really focus on the customer which is hard to find these days! I got reports after each visit and the pool was always well maintained. Their pricing is also great! I’m a new owner of a pool and don’t have much knowledge of it. But thanks to Greg, I had a trouble free summer. He helps to clean the pool, test the water, add chemical when necessary and always answer my many questions in detail patiently. A detail pool report is sent out after each of his visit and when I was away for vacation, a picture of my pool was always attached to the report.
