The problem

Before starting Crush Pools, I spent close to a decade working in the pool industry — and what I saw frustrated me. Because the season is short, most companies try to jam as many pools into a day as possible. Technicians get overloaded, corners get cut, and the pool owner pays the price.

The solution + team angle

Crush was built on the opposite principle. We deliberately take on fewer pools per day so our technicians have the time to do each job properly. We also treat our team well — and it shows. The large majority of our service staff come back season after season, which means the person who opens your pool in spring likely closed it last fall. They know your equipment. They notice when something’s off. That kind of consistency is rare in this industry, and we’re proud of it.

The Mom Rule introduction

The standard we hold ourselves to has always been simple: if we wouldn’t do it for our mom’s pool, we won’t do it for yours. That applies to how we schedule our team, the products we stock, and the brands we install. It’s not a marketing line — it’s how we actually make decisions.
